What is the time frame of the refund option 
Timeframe to take advantage of the refund is 14 days, upon receiving the item.
Customers will also be informed on the date of delivery.

Refund Policy when paid by Credit Card
Trustycare uses a third party system called Stripe to process credit card payments. Therefore any refund of made via the website (if approved and agreed by Trustycare) will be made minus 3.4% + $0.50 of the total sale amount. This un refundable amount is charged by Stripe for credit card payment processing. Therefore Trustycare is unable to refund this amount to customers.

Who pays the shipping cost on returns (customer or merchant)?
Customer to pay for shipping cost on returns.

What is the policy for defective/broken products?
We will allow a 1 to 1 exchange for defective/broken products, customers are required to pay for return of defective good.

What is the policy for products which are not broken but the customer wants to return because they changed their mind about the purchase (a sentence like “we do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly” will usually suffice)?
We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly.

Is the return policy in the correct official language of the country targeted?
